OK I FINALLY GOT THE NERVE TO TALK TO THIS GIRL IN MY COLLEGE CLASS. I WALKED UP TO HER, SET NEXT TO HER AND STARTED THE CONVERSATION. SHE SEEMED VERY NICE AS IF SHE ENJOYED TALKING TO ME. I WAS TOO DAMN NERVOUS TO ASK HER FOR HER NUMBER, SO I TOLD HER THAT I WAS GOING TO EMAIL HER INSTEAD. SHE SMILED AND SAID SURE SEND ME AN EMAIL, AND THEN I ENDED THE CONVERSATION. OK HERE HOW THE EMAILS WENT, AND THESE ARE THE SHORT VERSION OT THE EMAILS.

ME: WELL I'M NOT REALLY THE TYPE OF PERSON TO WRITE LONG EMAILS, SO BASICALLY I JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW THAT I FIND YOU TO BE A VERY INTERESTING PERSON MISS.

HER:LOL, WHAT DO YOU MEAN I'M INTERESTING?

ME: WELL I'D RATHER EXPLAIN THAT TO YOU FACE TO FACE, OR AT LEAST OVER THE PHONE. SO AM I GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL NEXT WEEK TO TALK TO YOU.

HER:WELL I'M GOING TO BE KINDA BUSY, AND I WONT BE AROUND A PHONE, SO I DONT KNOW.

ME: OK, I'M A PATIENT MAN.

AND THAT'S IT, SO WHERE DID I GO WRONG, AND WHAT SHOULD I DO FROM HERE. SHOULD I WRITE HER AGAIN, OR JUST WAIT UNTIL I GO BACK TO SCHOOL TO TALK TO HER.

That right there should tell you that she is not interested. Nowadays, with cell phones who isnt around a phone? Move on dude.

Also, your whole email game was awful. You should have just number closed, waited, and then called to set up a 1st date. Next time if you are going to email (although i would suggest calling) insert a few negs rather than "you are interesting". First of all that showed that you were waay into her especially after a brief convo. Secondly, its a boring response.

i agree, the problem about online sarging or communication is that it is too impersonal, u dont get the tone and sarcasm and attitude from her words, and its hard to neg and get her response, next time, if u are too nervous to # close, wait, u see her every week dont u?

This isn't a favourable response to recieve but I would consider it a shit-test at best.

i don't know i'm quite new to this but i think you should have neged her in the email and definately not given her an ioi i think it was too early

so she sent me another email, and i immediately negged her and the conversation has been going great now. it's really crazy

But you shoulda gone like

"I find you an interesting person... well, perhaps a little strange/weird."
or like
"I find you an interesting person... well, maybe not THAT interesting"

then gone like
"You're gonna be busy? Hell, i bet you im 10x busier than you are. Consider yourself lucky, i normally charge a high fee for my emails."

or sth like that, just mho.
