Answering open ended questions with closed ended answers

It can sort of be a good way for handling shit tests. Example - in a bar, an older stranger in a bar says to me:

"what do you plan on doing with your life?" My answer: "Enjoying it!"

Easier said than done. The first thought that'd cross my mind would be the big life plan, and to start talking about that. It takes a certain amount of contempt for the person to answer in such a way. So you've to fake contempt. Some think it's all about faking confidence, I think of it as faking contempt!

Feel free to post some thoughts and examples

That kind of demeanor pretty much explains the (lack) of success with women. Or even life, in general.
