How to be solid when you're low energy?

Getting with your buddys on a saturday evening and going to the carnaval to pick up women is easy, you're psyched up and shit, ready to fuck ass, atleast you should be.
But, for example, how do you do game on everyday basis? I'm the type of guy that goes to school and just talks to my mates because I wake up at 5:30 a.m. so I'm wasted and don't have energy to do much talking.
I realized sleeping better, using cologne so I feel more psyched up and not in the "i just woke up" mood is good, but still, can you guys flirt with girls who you pretty much have to see everyday when you're low energy?

Talking to a mate requires 0 energy, you just talk about how big a girls ass is. Talking to women requires some sort of brain usage, which is not viable most of the time during the week lol

You're not in it to be a machine. Some days you might not get enough sleep or it is a sign that you haven't been taking care of yourself. I'd remedy that first before anything.

just be yourself do not force it, chicks are smart and sensitives they will know you are tired/sleepy for work or classes and you will be fine, plus you don't need to approach chicks all the time at any time. if you don't feel like it then don't do it.

Hey, come on, I wake up at 5:30, leave school at 1 pm, lunch then go lift and study till 22 pm. It's pretty tiring mate, not just some "mindset" thing I have. Not like I'm spanking my monkey all day like most guys.

Surely for that time you spend working out everyday you'd be able to speak to some girls for a couple days of the week.

Pickup is like a sport. If you don't have time/money/energy to dedicate to the activity, you don't do it. Maybe now your studies and lifting are more important to you than pickup.

One of the best things that "pickup" can give you is the awareness that you need to self-improve.

As you're growing, random things will pop up when you want to talk to girls, when you realise you
don't have the energy.

If you stayed where you were, you would never realise that you have low energy. You'd just be like your friends.

But now that you know it, you don't want to stop in just knowing it. One of the things you can do is to ask yourself it there is anything you can do with your energy?

For example, if you wake up at 5.30, when do you go to sleep? How about going to bed before 10pm?

What foods do you eat? Do you jog or do some sport?

Pickup is a hobby, and to agree with the post above, it's like a sport. Get in shape to keep up with the game.
