A lot of suggestions on how to think.
But does that change how you actually feel?
Can you just read a quote and have that be enough for you to "not care what people think?"
I actually have an interesting process that I'm testing. If you'd like to try it you can apply in my signature.
But other than that, I don't think there is a book or a quote you can read to handle your approach anxiety,
simply because approach anxiety is an EMOTION, and you can't cure emotion through LOGIC.
It's like trying to convince your heart to love someone or to not love someone. It's a different ball game.
