I need advice on how to approach an Estate Agent (real estate broker?) for our American friends.
I am trying to rent out a couple of empty flats (apartments) at the moment (where I am not resident), so am approaching letting agents. I went into the office of my preferred option and there was a HB9 in there in her 30s. We talked and we have arranged to her to visit one of the properties.

How do I ask her out and flirt without it being creepy? :-/

Do I ask her out before the visit, during or after?

Try and force IOIs? If so how?


I live in a town of about 80,000 people, so I checked her name out on Facebook and we don’t have any mutual friends, but friends of friends I assume, as her name was first on the search list. Her profile sais ‘single’ 
