I've googled for like 20 minutes, all i find is videos of people saying shit in codewords i dont understand.

WHAT is a forced IOI and how do you "force an IOI"? I assume its something like: Lick you lips seductively NOW, bitch! (Joke)

I have no clue dude, so please use laymans terms.
