So I've been seeing this girl for almost 3 months. We're not bf/gf yet. It was her birthday this past weekend so I surprised her with a 'birthday cake with 'Frozen' plates and (her favorite animated movie). That was 3 days ago and I already miss her. I even sent her a text saying that I missed her.

Is it normal to miss someone that you've just seen only a few days before? Especially if they're not someone you've known for a long time?

3 months is nothing, really. You invested heavily in her birthday. Also, are you a lot older than her by chance? Because getting a younger partner a child's birthday cake could be seen as a bit weird.

Your "miss you text" was a gaffe. That's the kind of thing a woman sends, not a man.

Do NOT do this kind of stuff unless a woman says she loves you. You may not have said it, but you certainly showed her you are in love with her by your actions. You are not in a relationship, and you played the relationship card. If a girl only wants to fuck you and nothing else, don't buy her anything.

Yeah, you love the girl. Either that or you love the sex. I'm not judging (anyone can fall in love fast), just pointing out how your post appears to me.

Its like he says. You love her (or think you do) or you're trying to fill some flaws in you. She makes you feel better with yourself. Thats usually one reason for loving someone.
Even if you do, try to keep it cool, always. I messed up recently for being too needy. Dont let her see that, not now. It usually backfires.

You can get away with occasional neediness if you *have* the girl. Signs you have the girl:

1. Big, googley eyes when she sees you.
2. She laughs at all your jokes
3. She invites herself over, marches upstairs, stands on your bed and strips.
4. She says "I Love you".
5. She literally says "I'll do anything for you".
6. She struggles not to be with you.

If you have proven your value by being emotionally centered, fun, and good in bed, she will do all these things.
