you have to look at it in the long run. It's a continuous process of getting better and sticking to it. Kinda like when I used to admire gym rats back in the day. I thought you had to be a certain type of dude to have an amazing physique. But all it takes is dedication and putting in the effort. You can't just expect to read something and to become a sensation overnight.
There are plenty of guides floating around and lots of stickies I personally reread every now and then. As time goes on, I am able to understand some of parts each reading it in ways that I couldn't back when I was a noob. All you really need is a couple/few readings and putting into practice + experience. Then you can really enjoy the fruit of your labor.
Thanks man, you summed it up perfectly! I just forgot what I read, where where and in some cases who it was by. I know Skills360 had some good stuff. I just know I don't act with girls the way I used to which was really detached and I didn't care if I lost them I could always do something else.
1. What would you recommend me doing to get back to my old self? Fun, worry free, detached, natural, charismatic, talkative, etc.
2. What guides or material would you recommend me looking up
Just google search whatever you are looking for or quick search the forums. I still reread Models by Mark Manson, some texting guides every 6 months. It's like a heat check. In 6 months I reread again to see if I am able to understand it in a different way or if whatever what was written is actually getting me results. If it isn't, then I just find another way to overcome that sticking point which will require me to yet again, read up on some material and practice again. During those 6 months I am putting action to words. You never know what you don't know until you try. Rinse and repeat and you have the new you.
I highly recommend using 3 guides or less. You want a getting the basics guide, a texting guide (if you want) , and sexual escalation/sex tip guide. That's all you need. Look at the stickies in the general guides section. Or quick search Skills360 if you liked the way he presented and talked.
If you want to start somewhere start here.
