I just got to find out that I really suck.
I am in a camp( organised by my govt for graduates) and we are about 1500 people in the camp(with about 400- 600 ladies) and I can't even get 1 to hang out with me. I have been approaching here embarrassed by a few for approaching, the few I was able to get have been avoiding after 1st or 2nd encounter.
It's really embarrassing to see some1 trying to avoid you.
The camp is still going to be on for 7 more days. Tell me what to do, give me orders and if I don't do it then you can forget about helping me.

lol... no smoke or liquor allowed and no going out. I'm not ugly. I am above average in the looks department. it is risky( if caught, the person would be expelled from camp) but surprised enough some are hooking up. I'm really not concerned with the hooking up, what is bothering me is my inability to attract At least 2 girls.
There are guy relating with girls I'm the camp. My only 2 friends have At least 3 girls anytime they want.

It sounds to me like you are trying a bit too hard with the result of looking too needy!

What you need to do now, is take a quick breath, hang out with your friends and make sure you are establishing a nice social circle, where you always seem to have someone to hang with and say hi to - preferably with guys who has already established themselves as nice cool guys.

This will automatically attract girls as they will now look at you in a different way, because you are a cool non-needy guy in the right social group, who always seems to have someone to talk to and is the "life of the party", so to speak.

That's the whole point. you'll be the "bad boy."

I have 2 new questions:
1. I have approached a couple of girls and was embarrassed by some of them. it's a small community so I run into some of them from time to time. do I say hello to them or just pretend I didn't see them?
2. I have been trying to make friends with both guys and girls. It's making me look needy and I'm losing respect. Do I wait for people to come to me or just keep on trying??

Ignore all the girls. Literally stick your nose in the air until you see one that is making eye contact with you, direct or over her shoulder (the best kind). Only then approach.

Act like each one is completely beneath you. Say no more than a word to them. Emerge from the woods by yourself where you know they'll be, then ignore them.

What you've done is stirred up a Serenghetti pond that has days left before it's clay. A few worthwhile fish are flopping around but you spooked them.

Best to use the remainder of your time practicing indifference.
