Im new to this board and have a question. Today I went to a work office (interim office) as they called me for a interview. This girl interviewed me, went through my cv and than she went through the open vacancies. During our talk Im pretty sure she gave me at least 2 IOI; she played with her hair at least twice in the 20 minute interview and she held a lot of eye contact when she was speaking.

I assume it could also be because it is her job but there was a fluent, work related, conversation. Today, after my visit, she already called me 3 times to introduce me to a company and now I have 3 new interviews this week which is a lot from 1 job agency. The other agencies I work with are less efficient.

Now my question is, should I add her on facebook? I assume yes, and if so when would be the best time to add her? Might sound pretty stupid question for many pros here, but Im just a rookie.

I know her name and I probably wont see her again unless I sign with a company she proposed. Though I probably will work for another agency as one called me today with a much better wage than what the companies she mentioned could offer me. Yet, I will still go to these 3 job interviews.

Hair twirling can be an IOI it can also be an IOB (indicator of boredom); women often twirl as its something 'to do' when their mind wanders.

Sure add her, also go to the local peeler bar and add some of the strippers there too while you're at it, especially the ones that give you IOIs such as wanting you to touch them (to stuff more $ into their thong), and grinding on you whilst holding eye contact.

I won't add her on Fb though...that's what LinkedIn is for. She's a professional contact. If you're new at this I'd advise not going for someone you meet through work. At least not until you get a job. Either way all this is was an interview so eye contact and her speaking well is not a sign of anything.
