Hello all,

After years of failing to pick up PUA i've decided to change things around. I've analyzed my failures and successes over the course of 3 months and i'm here to share with you the things that have made the biggest changes for me.

A bit about myself.. I'm a semi introverted guy. Even though i love to be by myself i still very much enjoy having a lot of people around me. My introverted side has blocked off of a lot of potential from my side so i've been finding ways for myself to become succesful without having to make a complete personality switch.

Things i have learned:

* Accept yourself completely: only if you truely do, you'll be able to learn. A lot of people read PUA material and expect to go to a club and F-close in their first night out pretending to be a completely different person then they truely are. Once you understand the foundation of becoming a PUA, you'll develop a style that will work for every type of personality.
* Never say no to activities that can help you out: If you have the chance to go for a meetup, a club, a casual night out with only guys, never say NO. Every bit of exercise can work in your favour. If you're bad at being social, don't sweat it. Eventually you'll be able to understand the fundaments of holding a conversation and become good at it yourself. If people ask why you're not social, be honest with them and tell them you have a hard time doing so.
* Start doing something constructive with your life: Don't have a job? Put your energy into it. Been thinking about going to the gym for 3 months now? Stop thinking and get yourself a membership.
* Become a better person for your own good, not too get laid 24/7: Don't go to the gym to pack muscles to seduce girls, go to the gym because you want to improve yourself in general. Your health and your condition. Don't go to the gym to get girls, get girls by going to the gym. Make things a natural part of your life without furthur expectations.
* Don't look at girls as Hb8-10's, look at them as girls: Even though really beautiful girls often get way more attention, don't worry. After spending 2-3 years of intensive clubbing i've realised that beauty is all but phsycological. If you become a better person with an attractive lifestyle, you can easily get these type of girls yourself.
* If you're into meeting girls in a club, pick up a dancing course: I often enjoy going out to the club purely so i can vent some steam. I've recently picked up the Malaysian shuffle and i'm still at a very basic level, even though i suck compared to most, it's still having a great effect on girls. Being a good dance often leads to many great things. Remember, you are most likely in the top 5% since 9/10 simply refuse to do so.
* Do not jump from A to Z: Often people who suddenly get a rush from learning PUA will pick up a gym membership, dancing course, rockclimbing course and 3 stacks of proteine shake. Don't be that guy. Start off slow and integrate it in your lifestyle. It works for PUA aswell, don't try too much to suddenly become great at it. Learn how to approach first and keep practicing that same routine till you get used to it. Socially akward? Youtube up some videos for advice and slowly learn things about body language, speech, intonation etc..
* Don't give a single fuck: Don't worry what others think. If you find a girl to be good looking, say so. If you wanna tell a girl you think of her as the most beautiful angel, go for it. People will often block you off from doing those things, but the essence of the story is that you learn from it. If it gives you bad results, learn. Don't bother thinking about what is right or wrong.

* (More to come in the next post)
