Should I lose weight first?

I have 0 experience. I am chubby/got a gut and was wondering should I lose weight first before trying to sarge or sarge anyways while losing weight to get experience?

Sculpting a better body can only help you in more ways than one.

And it will very likely make everything you try in pickup easier.

Does this mean you should hold off on trying anything related to pickup until you shed that weight? No.

What you really should do is not use the term "sarging". It's really quite cringe-worthy.

Anyway, Chief is right. Besides, sculpting a body takes time. So do both.

I'd lose the weight first. Eating less than 40 grams of carbs a day can have you looking great in a month.

Plus, you'll actually have a chance with women you're attracted to, and not stir up the pond (favorite locales) carelessly.

In the meantime devour places like this forum or Corey Wayne on Youtube, amongst others (he just tends to be more well spoken).

But to answer your question.. NO. You shouldn't lose weight before sarging. You should lose weight so you can live a happier, healthier, and longer life. The whole "should I do this before.." never ends. Once you lose the weight it'll be something else coming into your mind that you should do before doing the task up ahead.

Start losing weight and start sarging at the same time. Don't weight(puns). Do both now. You'll learn a lot more about women approaching them now than you will once you become a stud.

I think you might be misinterpreting what he's saying. Consuming less than 50 grams of carbs daily and getting the rest of your calories from protein and fats is what's called a SPAM diet, which does help you shed fat off your body through SPAM.

That being said, the more important point to make here is that HE SHOULD NOT WAIT TO START THIS PICKUP STUFF. You're always going to have an excuse to hold off and promise yourself to start only after you do this or that. Fuck that comfort-zone enabling bullshit. Start now. Do everything now. Don't give mediocrity a chance to settle in and take hold.

Yup. The key really is to lose the water bloat and classic "carb face" that guys get. Following a strict low carb diet will do this so you can see cheekbones and facial definition once again in a relatively short time.

As a 40 year old who pulls 21 year olds like it's nothing, having no fat or bloat on the face is crucial to game. Simply don't eat more than 60 grams of carbs a day once you are at your desired weight, and you will maintain a sinewy, defined look that is extremely beneficial. As men get older (past 25 usually) they all tend to dress the same, eat the same shit. There are a lot of dudes with carb face wearing mom jeans (or puffy cargo shorts) and sneakers with sport team shirts and ball caps. they give up on the gym, and their shoulders start to sag and they get pizza tits. Televised sports are the highlight of their week. They don't read literature or listen to much music.

I love standing out from them. They make it very, very easy for me.

Gaming girls while fat or chubby is like coming upon a beautiful waterfall pool filled with rainbow trout, then tossing an enormous bobber into the water with a size 100 hook, and scaring the fish. Keep your powder dry for when you can get those trout.

Good read. Still, I'd recommend the OP do both. Weight loss takes time. Unless you're EXTREMELY disciplined and manage to lose many pounds in a few weeks...you can learn many things in the meantime. Go through trials and error. Once you're a stud, the same hoes that gave you the cold shoulder will be like who dat ?!

I'd say if you're going to do both, be disciplined about both or you'll fuck both up. I see guys who start working out, only to stop going because one night they have a date when they are supposed to work out so they skip the work out. Then they skip the next workout. Then the next. I see guys who instead of getting adequate rest after workouts, they're up late spamming pof or texting a chick. If you're doing both, you have to manage your time amazingly well. The good thing is, if you stick to a schedule on both fronts, you can do better than most guys just doing one. If you're getting rest after workouts, you dont have time to read every pu book or watch every PU video overanalyzing stuff. You dont have time to get oneitis because you're planning your meals, cooking, hitting the "field" and working out...as opposed to having time to stress over one girl.
