I need help and thought I'd seek out the advice of the forum.

I met an HB9 that I really dig. I have established that i am an uber Alpha-male (after she told me her father was and how much she loves him). She likes me too, but told me the following:

I am not into alpha-male men. I am attracted to confidence and driven men. I am over everything being externally measured with accolades. I have dated successful men and while I am not seeking to date bums, I want a family man and someone who believes in love stories- cheesy or not.

She then went on to tell me about an ex who is older, very successful, an ex naval officer, who told her that she wouldn't be the most important thing in his life and he loved the law and wanted to spend his life at work.

Anyway, she was completely screwed up for awhile after and shocked by the breakup.

My question is this, after making a point that I am an uber-alpha male who is driven and career-minded, how do I distinguish myself from her ex? My guess is that she still likes alpha-males even if she won't admitt it. I'm afraid if I qualify myself she I will be DLVing myself.

Any ideas?
