Hey guys, so I'm really into psychology, logic, and philosophy and other stuff like that. And I find it really difficult to shift over into being more funny, relaxed or creative. In a talkative state. I need to tap out of that, so I don't bore a girl to death in first meeting her with Socrates, haha. How can I fix this

Guys I appreciate your response but I don't drink, ha.
I agree about not taking things so seriously, but logic just seems to be my natural routine, the thing I say, think - I rather have high energy and be fun and comedic than up tight and introverted. If you have anything that works for you please let me know

I'm an extremely analytical person, but there is a time and a place for it and it's not when I'm with other people. Think about how you want to act and respond to people when you are alone and put it into practice when you are around others. Eventually it will become easy.

Watch some comedy. Watch people that are fun to be around, be open to learning, don't criticize and judge people even if you don't think it's funny. Learn to undo these qualities at will. You probably are naturally like that and are very use to it. But joke around a little, have some fun.
