Okay, so my problem is that I have a really boring life. I'm kind of a nerd without a whole lot of friends. I've never travelled, never played sports, never went on adventures.

The only material I have does NOT flip attraction switches. The closest thing I have is a story where my cat started swallowing a length of string and I had to slowly pull it out of him while he was gagging and howling. I guess that sort of could flip the "protector of loved ones" switch in some really strange and pitiful way.

So what should I do? Honestly, I think I could be more congruent with stories that are complete bullshit than with stories that are grounded in my actual experiences. Like, I can't talk about playing football in high school because I never did. And while I never went on an African safari, I know enough about Africa to seem at least basically congruent with that story. It seems like I could keep my stories straight if I just had a completely different persona.

What do you guys think? Can you be more congruent with complete bullshit than with truth-stretching?

DUDE, GET OUT AND ENJOY LIFE. If you aren't leading an interesting life right now, go make it interesting. Go rock climbing at the rec center, go to the gym. Learn how to play an instrument. Hell! go to wal-mart and see if u can get into some trouble. Make your own stories! Go to a club and dance goofy in the middle of the floor. Just do anything instead of keeping on with this nerd persona. Trust me, make your life interesting and you will be able to find more opportunities with woman and it will all start to come easily to you.

Well, yeah. Obviously having an interesting life is preferred, but I'm just starting the game and I don't have anything. Where I live there is nothing to do if you're under 21 and I really don't want to start with daytime game. I'm going to college in a month, but I won't have a car to get around and go places. Getting to most of the house parties is a thirty minute walk, which I'm more than willing to do, and which I did every Friday and Saturday night last year when I was still an AFC.

It makes me think, though, if I could get away with total bullshit when starting. Since I'm not going to have perfect delivery by any means, I might need all the higher value demonstrations and attraction switch flips that I can get.

Dude for a start u need to stop putting yourself down like that else you will get completly nowhere and u wont have n e interesting to tell about yourself to people.

trying to stay clean now

Ughhhh I've been learning "the game" over the summer in preparation for getting back to college. I believe I've memorized basically everything.

I just have to get started with it. Where I live, there is nothing to do when you're under 21 and the mere idea of day approach makes me want to throw up all over myself.

Once I get back to college, my persona is completely changing. I'm just going to flip a switch and instantly turn off all the behaviors that I've flagged as low-value.

So yeah. Hopefully soon I'll have an interesting life to use in DHV stories, but to start I'm probably going to use complete bullshit.
