I need some help. I met this girl at university, we started to talk a bit and she seemed quite interested in me. I asked for her number and she gave it to me without any problem.

After some days, I text her, have a little conversation, and then ask her to go out for a drink. She said she was busy that day, and propose to meet again at university the day after. I didn't know if it was a kind way to tell she was not interested, so I decided not to insist on the meeting at university, to see if she really wanted to meet me or not. The day after she texted me, apparently because she really wanted to meet me. So we met, we had a quite flirty conversation(we were alone), and then obviously I asked her again to meet in the next days, and she said again she was quite busy.

Now, it's very clear that I'm interested in her, so she perfectly knows it. Why on earth she insists to meet me in university but she doesn't want to go out with me? I assume that if she wasn't interested at all she would never text me first asking to meet me... what do I have to do?

Try building enough comfort that she trusts going off campus with you.

If you can create an environment where she likes you, trusts you and is confident you are quality good man meat, you are ready to move further.
