1. Get rid of everything that reminds you of her. Delete her number, emails everything! Burn it, kill it. I did it with some girls, burned photos, rubbish like that. Get rid of it, shes wasted energy in your mind.
2. Your room or your home, is your center point inspiration where you retire to, it has to show the right signals to other people coming in and to you, it has to be a place of clear thought. A place where you can work, exercise, sit, think, breathe, have sex, and feel the air. It needs a fresh sense. If your room/home is not right your not right in your head. Make sure its always maintained.
Women dye their hair after they brake up with men to forget about them faster. We clean our room, put up posters that inspire you! go out, and write a schedule of things to do in a week, when you will dedicate time for your health such as working out, and when you will to women and friends, whatever. Write Monday to Sunday. Put it up on your wall, you can change it later.
3. Once its down, start going out, follow your schedule and meet people, make friends. Change your life, what's past is past, who cares you can't change it. 30 years old is ok, you have time, get up and make the change. Now! listen to good music, have fun!
