I don't think it's going to happen anytime soon, but if it does, i want to be prepared. And so i ask what specific openers, routines and etc you should use on someone regared so highly by others with men around her all the time. In particular, i like Miley Cyrus (don't worry, im 16). Any hints?

i know that there were at least two threads in the past month or two covering stuff like this...
the best advice i can give is this:
be aware that celebs are approached on a daily basis by people who want to get with them. so, treat them like you would treat any HB... like shes the girl down the street. whatever you do, do not bring up the fact that theyre celebs, and dont ask any generic questions like when was the last time the paparazzi ambushed you or something dumb like that
treat them like they are no more deserving than the girl that just walked in the door who nobody knows. you are the prize.. show them that through dhv [don't brag-- be subtle-- celebs have plenty of people bragging on a daily basis].. flirt, neg, do whatever...
also, remember that celebs have bigger shields up.. both personally, and in the form of body guards, entourage, etc. so, you may have to charm the people around them before you have the chance to charm them.. just like in any set, you need to interact with everyone.. the celeb, their entourage, friends
be the guy that everyone wants to be around: fun, boisterous at times, energetic... if they see you having fun, they will be wondering why

ive run into a celeb b4 and tried my luck. Marisa Siketa (summer from the show neighbours(aussy soap for any1 who doesnt know, google her name if u want) she was at a shoppin centre with the whole cast and they where signing stuff, pritty much just walkin around in a sealed off section, so if u didnt know who they where you wouldnt realise who was famous and who wasnt, so i went up to her and was like.."uuhh hey, which one of these ppl stars in neighbours? im not a fan so i dont know, just here cause a friend of mine is workin SPAM" she prob caught on but laughed and goes "im from the show, need me to sign something?" im like "well if ur an actor on this show, could u sign a cheque for me " she laughed and we had a lil chat bout how i should sell my friend the autographs i was gettin, was entertaining, mayb if i put a bit more effort into it i woulda got somwhere

anyways moral of that story, if u want to hit on anyone famous, i suggest just treat them like anyone else, if anything play around and be like, OMG dont you hate it when random people act like they dont know you? hahah add some humor, or be like..OMG UR THAT (enter name of some actor that looks like her slightly) and when she goes naa im so and so, reply..oo for a second i thought you where some1 famous?

She should be no different from any other target, she just happens to be very, very high value--so you ought to adjust your game a such, more negs, more DHVs, etc. In some ways she might be more durable so you can get away with more.

Work on your game with really, really hot women and you should be dandy.

Oh, and I would say if you can get away with it, pretend like you don't recognize her.

Agreed. Or, at the very least, definitely don't be impressed with her presence. I can't speak for most places, but if you hang around the right places in L.A. you can run into almost anybody without even trying, so it's really not an impossibility that someone could wind up in a situation where they're actually trying to pick up a celeb. Hell, I tried it on a soap actress I spotted in a trendy nightclub last spring. She was about to head out so even though we talked for a few minutes I didn't get anywhere, but she was surprisingly open and approachable, and I got the impression that earlier in the evening, a guy with a little bit of game could've made some headway. So you never know.
