Ok, since apparently now you need 30 posts to post anywhere else I will frame this as a question. Do you think this routine would work?

I have good facial expressions and a sly smile that can get a girl curious. Just using gestures I could get a girl to come talk to me, then I could use motions to express that I can't talk. When she asks why I motion for something to write on, then I can write "bet." It's like a little game of charades to start, then you have a nice little exclusive note game all without talking.

I think I'm gonna try it.
