I am looking for the name of a book that explained why some men become overly sensitive or pussies.
It said before the industrial revolution, boys would go to the ranches and work with their fathers and other men, and they would learn to be a man.
after the industrial revolution, the fathers started working outside the home and the boys were at home with mommy so they didn't learn to become men.
also it was saying the reason men need a woman to approve of them is because they had female teachers in the first grade and they wanted the teacher's approval so from early on they learned they should seek approval from women.

The book is commonly suggested here, I am sure a lot of people here know it. Any idea what the name was?
