Hi i saw this girl I liked on Twitter, and I've been tweeting to her for a month and she has favorited some of my tweets. I've been tweeting compliments and jokes to her (those are the tweets that she favorites). So what step do I take next?? Do I give her my email?? Do I ask her out?? Do I tell her more about me in a long tweet/email ??

I would suggest publicly tweeting her to dm you the number with the message or a variation of the message heywood displayed.

I've always found it more effectively to publicly ask women out on social media as opposed to hiding in the inboxes and dm's with the rest of the creeps. Flirt with her on her wall and then publicly suggest you direct message you the number. I've done both, but the results I get from taking the risk and doing it publicly have been far greater than dropping a clever line to a random girl in her inbox.

The more courageous your approach the more likely they will be receptive.
