Personally man, I really do not care. I'm always going to make a way for myself and i'm about my own self improvement. I did an entire piece called " Do Your Friends Know You're A Pick Up Artist" on wayoftheplayer. You should go check it out. It's pretty much a full discussion on this very topic.
If you're still worried about what girls are going to think of you, you have a bit of a ways to go in your walk.
If a girl asked me " You googled how to kiss a girl? " and I would look at her and say " Well it worked. Who cares " And what is she going to do?
Okay, well I'll admit that example is rather innocent, but she could well rsay to herself "it's not gonna work on me"

I know its easier said than done but this is something you have to work on. Do what you want to do, and if you're ashamed of what you're doing either get over it or stop doing it.
It's not that I'm ashamed of it, but more so that it would present complications, and would be hard to justify given the current view society has of PUAs being creepy.
There are women out there who don't realise that PUA is so common. So she'd have to take a step back in order to reassess what kind of guy you could be. It's one thing to say to a girl, that you've become better with women, like says
DW-Heart-Charme above, but I doubt he'd tell her the whole truth by then showing this website on his laptop BEFORE having slept with her. I know it wouldn't be as bad as saying "Oh look, here's the trick I did on you which I practiced in front of the mirror many times. You thought that was me being spontaneous but no - not at all"
OR
"the other night when I was waving at people in the bar, I was only waving at dead air to give the impression I'd lots of friends". But still, a girl will likely err on the safe side by assuming the worst in a situation like this.
