I'm on day three but today I kinda fap but only until the point of no return and I did not ejaculate. Does that count as fapping ? also I have a girl spending the night Saturday.. we are 100% going to have sex I am debating if I should or not because I am doing this challenge If I don't have sex with her Saturday it will put me at 6 days without ejaculating.. what do you guys think ?

Yeah I can handle it during the day its just at night.. I stay up till 7 am because of all the extra energy I have now .. Any tips on how to deal with this ?

no fap is definitely a challenge. I have a lot of will power compare to most but this is one thing I have never managed to quit for longer than 2 months. but i keep trying. now I am back to day 2
