Plenty of things work, but none of these things are going to be the answer for a guy who hasn't figured it out yet. This ain't an axe commercial. If it does work it will only amplify the game you already have, its not going to make game come out of no where.

An adrenaline shot ain't bringing a dead corpse back to life.
