When I am trying to be in present, be authentic and shits like that I sometimes end up with "sooo..." and realize that my monolog is bullshit with no sense. I just said something with no punchline, no value... Should I just more practise mind talking or how should I deal with it? Should I have always punchline prepared in my mind?

I think that I am sometimes trying so hard to tell just whatever that I talk shits...

You want to be a robot (Walking around throwing at canned lined that fit the moment) or do you want to naturally just be social(flowing, bonding, and helping guide the conversation) ?

The people that are constantly trying to impress at the only people that "talk shits". Everyone else is just bringing their own value to the interaction. They realize that who they are already is good enough. Wether they're sitting in silence or telling amazing stories, the fact that they are there with everyone is enough. They believe in their value that much.

How much you believe in you will determine their frame. Whether I'm quiet or talking my presence is a gift.
