First post on this! Anyway started working in a new job about 4 months ago. There's a HB8 on my team, different office. Anyway pretty sure I was getting a lot of iois and showed disinterest. We had a team night out about a month ago ran some game on her and another colleague. Eventually it ended up just being the two of us I held out my hand told her to take it and led her to the dancefloor, danced for 20/30 mins but I never made a move. Eventually she said she had to go home as she had to be up early the next day that we should do it again next week. I give her a hug said cool I'd see her monday and walked off.

Monday morning we had a team meeting and she was dressed up more then usual and was really excited to see me. I played the disinterest card.

Since then she hasn't really showed as much interest, I texted her a few times but only got short replies since then (I would of asked her out if she had invested more in the Convo) Anyway the problem is I haven't really got the chance to ask her out as I haven't had the opportunity to be alone with her at work to ask.

To sum it up I think there was attraction , I missed my chance, now she either lost interest, thinks I'm banging someone else or thinks I've put her into the friendzone. So question is can I comeback from this?

Why not just ask her to grab a mid-day coffee ("I'm grabbing a coffee. Come with?") - you're both playing the "hard to get" game and nobody is going to get anything.

I had to learn this lesson the hard way. Stay clear of work colleagues unless you want a bad ending, there are plenty -and I mean plenty- of other places with sexier women to go sarging without problems.

Tread lightly with coworkers, but please, tread.

Go for what you want is what I'm saying, but be aware it may cause some unpleasantness.

Also, your text game will influence her responsiveness. Be sure you're not ordinary.
