There is a biological answer to your question in the title, but in the post you make it rather clear that your focus is on sex. Rather unrelated.

Girls prefer older men, and men prefer younger women. A girl is most fertile when she is about 25 years old, and the older she gets the lower the fertility, and the higher the risk for Down's syndrome. That's why men prefer younger girls. Girls on the other hand prefer older men partly because there is no penalty in fertility doing so, but also because we are more likely to have our shit together by the age of 30. They are looking for a provider.

The sex itself? I don't think there is much to it. Just give the girl what she wants (orgasm) and she will be happy. It doesn't matter how. Use you hands and/or tounge if nothing else works.

JK - I think the biological reasons mentioned here play a part, but also that younger women seem to like stability and a guy who has his shit together... And in a lot of cases (simply because it takes a while to get established in a career and pull your act together) that happens in early-to-mid-thirties.

I've only ever dated one woman older than me since I turned 30 or so... The vast majority were about 10 yrs younger - and several of them had track records for dating older guys. I asked a few of them why, also... They all said they didn't want the drama, and they wanted someone who had his priorities in order.
