There's this girl that works at the Starbucks I go to and we've talked a few times before. I got the feeling she was interested so I talked to her today more than usual (usually it's just when I'm ordering that we talk). This time, I told her to take a break and sit down with me. So we sat down and started talking and I thought I got a few IOIs. The game is still fast for me (I don't see everything going on) since I'm relatively inexperienced so I'm not that alert when it comes to reading body language.

One of the first things she said was "nice watch." I think I read somewhere that when a girl comments on an article of clothing, it can be taken as an IOI. I don't know if I can because mine is pretty unique so she might've just commented because of how different it was. Anyway, I'll just list what I thought were IOIs; let me know if you think they're valid.

Are these IOIs?
1. When I paid, she was looking at the receipt and I asked "what are you looking at?" She said she was looking to see what my name was.
2. The watch comment I described above.
3. Out of the blue during our conversation, she asked how old I was.
4. She told me she was part Italian and I said I was half. She then asked me what the other half was. I read in a list somewhere that if a girl asks your ethnicity, it's an IOI, but does it count when I say that I'm half something and she simply asks the other half?
5. I also asked her to go nextdoor with me to help me with grocery shopping the next time I stop by. I usually get groceries then go to Starbucks. She told me she would take a break from work and help me.

I know these sounds like IOIs and I'm probably being dumb by asking, but I've read girls horribly wrong before so I want to make sure this time.

Any awesome ideas you guys have for building comfort while we're grocery shopping? I can usually keep the conversation going, but I think this is a great opportunity to build comfort and kino so if you have any ideas for cool stuff, throw them at me.

Those are all IOI's in my opinion. I'm also learning about all of this stuff and it does come fast. When a girl is pushing IOI's they seem to all come at once, don't miss the opportunity.

I received three or four IOI's from a girl in a class one day and didn't think about it enough to even realize it. I talked to my roommate later that night and he confirmed what I thought were IOI's. Taking advantage of them in a timely manner is extremely important.
