Wear some dress shoes, dress jeans, and a button up (without and undershirt) and leave some buttons open on the top.
I like how this sounds, but as someone who usually lives in a warm country myself, let me tell you... DO wear an undershirt (just not one you can see when the buttons are open; think of a tank top style kind of undershirt). It will soak up your sweat, regulate your body temperature and avoid unsigthly stains.
As in for the shirt, anything with a light textile should be alright. Just please avoid ugly patterns and keep in mind that you probably won't be able to layer up (i.e. wear a cardigan or vest) with it due to the weather.
Shoes: The weather shouldn't influence your choice too much. Make sure they fit the rest of your ensemble.
Pants: Depending on what you intend to do, you could go either with some khaki colored shorts (think wraping up the sleeves of your shirt, wearing some boat shoes and accessorizing with a nice watch/sunglasses) or some longer pants (I would stay away from jeans though, they can easily become too hot if your climate is REALLY hot. Maybe try something with cotton or even linen instead).
