Try bringing some conciousness to the moments when you feel stressed around girls. Think of a moment when you are completely relaxed... and Next time this stress happens, be aware of it and remember the relaxed moment to induce yourself into it.

Breathe down the front of your body and exhale up your spine. I do it all the time all throughout the day.

You should breathe further enough down to the point in which you feel a pressure against your groin and then use that air like a trampoline and bounce the air and energy back up your spine and out the top of your head.

Energy follows thought so use your mind.
