I met this girl a few days ago at a gig, i've been talking to her online and this morning I got her phone number.
I think it would be a good idea to call her, the trouble being that I'm terrible at talking to people over the phone.
Any advice on would I could say/talk about?

Dude, thats easy. You say as little as possible over the phone, until you've slept with her. a phone is a way to tell her where and when to meet. try to keep it cocky/funny over the phone but also remember this KISS - Keep It Short & Simple.
You spend too much time and you may ruin all you have worked for. Get a feel for the person. It all comes with experience (I am not saying i am perfect, I'll admit it I am still trying to build up my senses) but get a feel. if it seems she doesnt want you off the phone, stay a little longer but leave with her still not wanting you off the phone. it will give her more of a reason to meet.
