What do some of you guys do to keep track of the women you meet, I have been developing a basic spreadsheet based on dates & info that is important.

Its at about 22 women right now & I am thinking of just removing some of the contacts I had from 18+ months ago.

Do some of you use a CRM system, or would be willing to post a screenshot of what you use?

I am willing to share mine if I can get constructive ideas & get others to develop this as a project (unless this has already been done)

I've worked in sales so the concept of tracking multiple people for projects that take months or years is commong & I figure transfer that mindset to dating. It helps me remember her dogs name, the fact her sister lives with her, that she is vegan or when/where we've gone on dates.

This has been massively helpful but I need to improve the quality of the data & thought of you guys.

Any ideas are helpful.

At one point in your life if you are quite tall, handsome, have your professional/personal life balanced & have a little game women tend to notice & say yes more often.

This is a combination of an occupational hazard & part of the reason I started learning pickup.

When I have a few triggers or reminders & am in amazing rapport with her... if I try to use my memory I just can't remember much after work. In professional environment i have 1200+ clients so we use a CRM software to keep track of who & what.

That way I don't need to try to remember something... I use a spreadsheet.

Some of these girls are friends others are friends of friends etc.

Well, that's hardcore.

I see nothing wrong with this. I eventually want to launch a customized CRM system for myself for efficiency.

Keeping in contact with 10-30 girls at once is tough work.

I've got dozens of numbers in my phone, and frequently can't find one in the morning after a night of drinking.

There was one very warm contact not even two weeks ago that I lost because of this.

I'd like a CRM that automatically took the data off of my phone, put it into a CRM, and fed my modified data back to my phone.

This only makes you more effective. My buddy had a jerry-rigged system up when he was out every night - it's just simply the nature of the beast. When you work full-time and you're generating leads left and right, you don't have the time for amazing follow-up with all of them.
