Did you do something wrong if when going for the number with "Hey, I liked this so far, I want to exchange numbers" she says "That's so sweet of you but there already is someone" and her female friend next to her smiles.

Did you do something wrong when you touch her more intimately and she says "no, don't touch me there, I am a woman, you don't touch women there". I touched her there(her stomach and hip) again but I was wondering if that only occurs if I did something wrong before.

Not all girls are going to be interested at all times. Accept it.

When she says "there is someone else" thats her way of saying no thanks.

No it doesn't mean you did anything wrong. Some times when you touch a girl you get a good response sometimes a bad response. When you get a bad response you back off and callibrate, flirt some more and try again later.

I read your situation and honestly I wasn't going to comment since there were already comments, BUT...I will.

I'm not going to sugarcoat it, because she acts like you're some little kid..."you don't touch women there" like she has to inform you or she's teaching you. Is she much older than you? And her friend smiling sounds like some weirdo...is her friend the other someone? Is this chick lesbian?

They sound like complete bitches. I'm just going to come out and say it. She sounds like she's some tease and the good girl and she would be someone who would talk behind your back to her little friend. Cut your losses and move on. Waste of your time. They do indeed sound like they don't take you serious, they probably take most men as jokes from the sounds of it. But in the end they are ones who appear childish from what you have told us especially with that fucking smile.

Touching a girls stomach area is always a no go. Even the girlfriend gets pissed off when I pat her on the stomach. My aim is to annoy her tho as it's hilarious.

For picking up...yeh just don't go for the stomach area. The face/hair is ripe for touching tho.
