hey yall
you cant always be CF, entertaining, cool, interesting right?
i mean.. i cant :?
i can do it for a while
but sometimes i just dont wanna talk, i just wanna watch and think about stuff
how do you guys handle this?

let me explain i got this gf and i was being real busy lately just to get her back, it worked :D
i told her a lil of the shit that happened to me and it was just so cool

today its sunday and i had a goodnight rest for the first time in 2 weeks and still im a lil tired and i just wasnt in the mood for any social interactions. id rather sit and watch tv or play online poker and listen to music

then she calls again and i totally wasnt in the mood, i tried to be nice just to .. i dunno why i was nice but it definitely lost all attraction.
oh w8 i remember :idea: really she is gone for the next week on a holiday and i just wanted to make a last impression right before she will leave. so she will think about me when she's surrounded by other dudes

okay :)
well.. it kinda brought me down and i dont know how to fix it. i feel like resting through my beautiful sunday
but it lost attraction :( everything i built up, right out the window .. well not everything but a lot

has anyone got any advice ?

i found these on a website and they let me chill when it came to worrying about why sometimes i just dont feel like talking.
1. Stop taking so much notice of how you feel. How you feel is how you feel. It’ll pass soon. What you’re thinking is what you’re thinking. It’ll go too. Tell yourself that whatever you feel, you feel; whatever you think, you think. Since you can’t stop yourself thinking, or prevent emotions from arising in your mind, it makes no sense to be proud or ashamed of either. You didn’t cause them. Only your actions are directly under your control. They’re the only proper cause of pleasure or shame.

2. Let go of worrying. It often makes things worse. The more you think about something bad, the more likely it is to happen. When you’re hair-trigger primed to notice the first sign of trouble, you’ll surely find something close enough to convince yourself it’s come.

The concept of worrying is a great topic. That I find is one of the reasons why some people just don't want to talk. Even if you don't believe it, you have alot going on your mind. I have a mental exercise that can some what re-orient yourself.

Discover the reason why are you aren't talketive. Think about why you don't want to have any human interaction.

Isolate the train of thought. Figure out the cause of this thought process.

Think of the positives to the situation that is on your mind. Allow your conciousness to feed of the positive emotions you derive from thinking about the good things.

This is just a simple way to understand why you feel a certain way. As a whole people are far to worried to often. If you always are looking for negativity you will find it, and it will overwhelm you. The best solution is to look for the positives, seek those instead of negatives. This applies also to pick-up. Its the mindset of a ladies' man. If you believe you are the prize they will to. If you think you are unworthy and pathetic, so will the females. Oh well I think I've ran of the topic a little to much XD

Just try to be a more positive person. When you don't want to talk to people directly, hop on instant messanger and do that. Just interact with people and think positive.
