Ok I just got a new job, its kind of sucky collecting glasses at my local club lol but I have two questions

1.) Approaching girls I work with! You see whilst I work with them we are split over 4 bars and really I only work with the people on my bar the others I dont have so much contact with so I would think that would avoid many of the issues of workplace romances! So any good advice on opening and so forth apretiated! For example 1 girl is a 18 yr old HB 8 and shes doing the same job as me so no way we will ever be working the same areas but still we have a common ground right! another HB 9 works one of the other bars so i see oppurtunities!

2.) Now I dont think my job really DHV's but I am going to be doing it out i full view in the hot spot for the area! So I figured it would be good to get some quick openers and routined down that I can run when I see a prospect when I dont have so much to do, beauty of the job really is you can chat with people and that. Any advice on this part would be helpful

You have the perfect job for sarging. You not only know beautiful women that can be used as social proof for other girls in the club (By chatting to them in front of your targets) but you also have a constant flow of new women around you. What could be better than that.

I suggest you don't run game on the girls at work. Run it on clients and the girls at work will notice. Have fun man. If you have anything more specific re-post.

One thing that you need to understand though as a bartender. If you want to get female clients attention, you need to be truly appealing. Most people who go the bar get their drink and leave. So your opener, and following conversation must be quick and lure her in. Also keep in mind, that you have to run the whole area, so you can't linger talking to one girl.

Ok well saturday night was mental, opening night so by the end of it I was quite stressed lol cut fingers and all that, my worry is in that situation I was a little touchy and shit so probably created a few bad impressions with radoms in the club not helpful if I ever try to game them in the future lol. I ended up serving in the end though which was good alot more fun than collecting glasses!

Still when I do collect the glasses I was wondering if anyone had any good c/f lines or anything I could us for when I have to go to a table and pick up all the glasses and bottles whilst a set is sitting there because currently especially later in the night I end up just looking at the table and grabbing the glasses with a face of death lol (early in the night i shot people a quick smile and that). I mean I havent got time to chat for ages so a couple of lines I can run on a set before I carry on with my job would be great!

Also I get a few digs about my age Im 20 but look about 16 so any good lines for this situation would be great. Im used to it and dont have a problem with it, right now ill say something like "well Ill appretiate it when im 40"

@ nuked I appretiate that which is why i made this thread lol to get some pointed on how to be "truly appealing" I guess this job will be great at building my confidence and practicing opening etc. I realise I dont have time to linger with one girl but I see that as advantage really lol. You got any tips though?
