So I fucked this girl about 6 months ago.

She wanted commitment immediately, I said no.

We hung out again (she technically had a boyfriend each time), I went to make a move the second time but she refused with the boyfriend line - but it was a soft rejection, I should have plowed through.

She broke up with him, demanded commitment again from me (even though we hadn't fucked since the first time).

Kept inviting me over, told me she "didn't want a relationship right now" - so either I turned her off a little bit by giving her too much space or something. But I was new to this town and I was already dating another girl, so I didn't see having her friendzone me as a big deal, until she was going to call another man in a romantic way in front of me, at which point I promptly walked out and cut her off.

Fast forward a few months. She's having some dude she is dating stay with her for a month or so. She texts me, asking me to take him out. I like wingmen, so I say sure, and to have her give me his number.

She says she wants to go.

Obviously, I don't want to go out with her and some other guy, so that's a straight out no.

What funny response should I say to her?

I'd prefer, ideally NOT to completely drop her (she's insanely wealthy and also hot, just a bit stuck up and crazy - she might be of use at some point), but I do want to make it very clear that this is a "HELL NO" situation, and I want to make it funny at that.
