Sup guys. So I met this girl who is 21 (I'm 32) she is a bartender at a local bar by my house. She gave me her number at work, and we were talking and texting for a little while. She keeps saying she can't wait to see me, and wants to have plans and hang out, but when the day comes, she flakes. Whether it's a last minute text or I just don't hear from her at all.

I gave her three chances, which was probably three too many, but the last time I didn't say anything at all about plans, and I didn't hear from her all day. She texted me the next day saying "hi" i didn't respond, and don't plan on it but she's so damn hot.

Any idea on what the problem could be? Ex boyfriend? Talking to 5 other guys. It just doesn't make sense to me. Why all the build up to hang out and then she disappears?

She texted me a bunch of nonsense, asking what happened to me (since i stopped replying to her texts) and that she enjoyed talking to me, and asking if we were ever going to hang out.

I replied a couple hours later calling her out on her bs.. saying that I'm not the one that always flakes when we have plans.

She replies with "I know I'm sorry" and some stupid heartbroken emojis. A normal person would have tried to ask for a day to hang out to make it up to me or something along those lines.. but nope.

She's already getting enough of your attention and "thought" without having to hang out with you.. So why would she? As long as she can sap your attention she can feed off it. Not responding was a the right move.. Now all you have to go is go back to the bar, see her, and book something for after work. Don't try playing catching with you can with women like this. Its pointless. Be aggressive, be assertive, and go after it. She has enough guys to play phone tag with.
