I met this girl at a bar and we exchanged numbers. We were supposed to meet at a bar recently but then she said she forgot and didn't know that the plan was confirmed cuz i never texted her the day of (even though we texted the night before confirming it) so I was just at the bar alone which sucked. She flirts with me all the time via text and I've asked her to come over to watch a movie the next night and she says yea if there's nothing going on with her friends. Then I text her what she's doing and she tells me she's doing math and ditched her friends. In my mind i know she should have came over if she ditched her friends. We text on and off but how can I close this girl.

Brad Pitt test. If Brad Pitt asked her to hang out, would she tell him her friends were coming over, or blow him off? Nope.

You can try to continue to build interest, but it sounds like right now she's not that into you. Don't waste your time on a flake.
