how do you gain confidence? you have to actually do something, you don't gain confidence by sitting at your computer thinking happy thoughts, go do something, party, talk to women, go snowboarding and just have general talk with girls while waiting for the lift, to be successful don't compare yourself to others, just take a step "hey I talked to a ton of girls today", the next day "hey i got a number", next day "hey i got a date" not "well i talked to a girl but my friend talked to 20 im a failure"; you're improving yourself, not others
