Still reading 'The Game' and I noticed the 'Freeze-out' right after I done just that earlier on today

I've been giving the cold shoulder to a lady for the past 2 weeks (actually I've been really busy so it wasn't by design this happened) She text me this morning about how my xmas was and stuff so I said 'yes it was ok just been really busy'. Later on in the afternoon she then text me again and asked me if 'I was ok mate, seem a bit off with me?' So I just said no I just been really busy.

Have I got her alarm bells ringing? Usually I'm quite chatty to her over text by I was just giving her the cold shoulder and it has appear to have got her wondering. Is it working or is it even the right thing to do? Or will I just end up pissing her off? Where do I take it from there??

I've for some reason today adopted the arrogant manner of 'I'm the prize not you!' and it feels a little wierd if not a little out of order but its not as if I've done anything wrong!

I think you may have misinterpreted the freeze-out... it is a method of destroying LMR, the girl has to be really in-state for it to work. Doing it out of context will just make you seem "a bit off".

That's not a freeze-out. That's ignoring her. And it's a silly game to play if you're not familiar with the territory. You don't want to lavish her with attention all the time (it comes off as needy), but you don't ignore a girl you like for two weeks; that's just silly.

Freeze-outs are for the last-minute change of heart she experiences previous to full sexual contact with you. It's called Last Minute Resistance (LMR, as previously stated), and it's a part of the Anti-Slut Defense. If you freeze her out (by ignoring her for a few minutes) she'll work to get your attention back, allowing you to push a little further than she would have let you previously. A few of these, and you should be more worried about proper condom procedures than pick-up terminology.

Freeze-outs are specifically designed for getting past LMR, that is, it is a part of kinoescalation.

Specifically, it is a withdrawal of physical or emotional attention in order to create a 'craving' that will allow the PUA to progress physically.
