Ok I can see a couple of ways this can play out.... All will have to be subtle and handled with care.

I would suggest telling the niece( when opportunity presents itself) that you had quite an interesting dream about her but it not the type of dream to share with anyone but her. This will allow you to gauge her level of interest at the same time show if shes able to keep a secret.

If she shows interest in knowing about it, that's a good sign. But also she needs to show a willingness to keep it a secret. If these two factors are in play You can start the ball rolling...... Play with her about it, tease her into wanting to know every detail. The more interest she shows, the better.

Then create ( your dream) a scenario that is quite possible and very risqué but at the same time quick. Im sure you can think up something quite seductive and alluring to her needs.

Also if the ball is rolling and she shows interest, timing may be tough so if you want to continue the monologue, consider doing it via text and not when you are both within eye sight of your girl. YOU CANNOT Show any physical interest when you are all three together, a jealous woman will pick up on that shit in a heart beat.

If you get the entire scenario into the nieces mind and she is game, let it settle in for a bit.

The beauty of using a dream fantasy is if for some reason she is not into it or is into it but changes her mind. You still have the out of it being an unconscious action in which you have no control over.

In summary,

It needs to be done with finesse and you need to coach the niece ( if it happens or is going to happen) to be consciously aware of her thoughts and actions to not trigger any suspicions from your girl. A jealous type is always suspicious so no need to give her any fuel to add to the flame.
