Hi everyone! This is my first post, and I was highly recommended to come to this site to discuss my semi difficult situation. This is a bit long, but please bear with me as I explain the background. I hope you guys can understand my position and help me get to ATLEAST talk to this woman that I see all the time. First, I work as a bakery clerk at a popular grocery store in Georgia. I see this beautiful woman shop in this store ALL time, and I'm completely smitten by her; but I never can never think of an opener or a way to approach her. My co-workers always tell me to talk to her like its easy, but its NOT!! Especially when I'm wearing this stupid hair net on my head . I also workout at LA Fitness where I'm currently training for the CPAT for the fire department. Here's the thing.... I saw the girl that shops at the store, workout at the same gym as me . All I know from her is that she eats healthy and loves to take care of her body. I need some advice on switch setting to approach her in and what to say to her. I know she gets a lot of men on the time. Heck, I just found out that one my co workers in a different department is currently trying to get at her; so I have some competition on my hands and my confidence is low. I just want to talk to her.. Please help

It sounds like your a complete begginer and you want a quick solution to getting this girl. I would read the book, "the natural" by Richard La Ruina. You might get her number and a date, but then what are you going to do? You have to know all the steps in order to be successful, or you might get stuck. But what I would try to do is hit on her at the gym, then at work when she comes in because you would have establishes some rappor at the gym. So look up gaming girls at the gym.
