I went to a charity event which was organised by a friend of a friend (HB8). I spoke to her on the phone to get directions prior to going there and as soon as I arrived I was on the phone and I could notice HB8 checking me out. Anyway, after the call, I approached the stall where she was already serving two guys and as soon as I walked there she turned her attention onto me and ask, "how can I help?" I asked her to serve the other two and waited. After the two guys left, I bought whatever I wanted and had a casual chat about the event and the proceeds for the day. After this, I could not game her as she was getting busy and it would have been awkward for me to wait as she was the only one at the stall.

I have her number and she's on SPAM. My question is, how can I open?

FYI, the charity was selling cakes for cancer and one of the things I asked was for the healthiest option she had. I hope you can help me.

Don't whattsapp her. Could be creepy/too much. Go for normal text instead.

The golden rule is 'take the piss'. Make fun out of her. None of this 'It was really nice to meet you' crap.
It wasn't nice that for you to meet her. Its the reverse. Keep that mindset. She's a cunt and you are the prize. If you have that in the back of your mind, you should never fail over text.

If it was me I might write:

'You served me earlier (john with blue jumper). Wanted to make a complaint. I think you were 8.5 seconds too late in serving me and I didn't get a free cuddly toy... What is your defence?'

You can probably think of a better question/pisstake as you were there at the time. Bottom line is get an emotional response from her.

Predictable response 'No way!.. I was great and we don't have cuddly toys '

To which point I would switch the topic. Don't play on one thing too much of you become a bore.
If she doesn't respond from that text, I would honestly say she isn't interested.

ask how much money raised for the cancer thing, tell her its very small amount, add poor people and you wish there was cure for it.(send)
give her slightly negative feed back about the cake.(send)
also add detailed description on what didn't like.(send)
then smooth the feedback, tell her but it was tasty.(send)
tell her that you willing exchange the recipe for date/drink with you. - she give the recipe you date her.
if you get the recipe, you had no luck sorry, re- analyze your game for next time.
