Just a simple tip for all you upcoming PUA's.. its MINDSET.

Have the mindset of not giving a shit about how bad your conversation might end up. Walk up, say anything, because anything is better than nothing. You'll never see this girl again ( HOPEFULLY haha ) and you will grow balls, not just the balls that you will need with women, but the balls that you will need to advance yourself in your life.

I think it's all about developing the missing skills. The one who is not good in interacting with women must assume that he hasn't developed some missing skills. In order to what he wants he must develop those missing skills.

no disrespect, but this is easier said than done. Tell the average starting PUA to grow some balls and then he would be able to game girls. Of course he agrees, but it does not help him in his daily practise

The mindset can be retrieved, by simply do in practise what the PUA material describes: open directly, DHV, neg, blabla. This is PUA 1.0. Not very sophisticated, but it helps you to understand which mindset you should develop. After a few successes in the game, you will get a boost for your confidence. Then you try things your way, instead of the PUA material. If it works, you feel great. Then your inner game is getting better each time. And yes, the balls are growing

I agree it is easier said than done, but I always did an exercise for the first week before i started picking up chicks. I would start talking to random people more, and started smiling more to random people. It helped my confidence over the long run, not just with women but in my social life as well.
