I've listened to some of Neil's content and been reading up on it.

I'm confused about how to apply though because the examples given seem to pertain to pre-relationship situations. For example, hands off the merch seems really odd to pull when I was just lots of kino on the previous date. I'm all right with the idea of losing short term kino for the prospect of flirting, and I know part of the idea is to come off as incongruent, but suddenly doing a 180 just flat out won't make sense to the person on the receiving end and she'll ask.

What ways are there to justify initiating cat string theory midway through a relationship already rife with kino without it coming off as awkward?
