I tested my testosterone and it's within the normal ranges but it's on the lower side of the spectrum, 438... I think it's effecting my confidence and personality - I'm not very assertive and I force myself to be dominate I don't have a desire to be. I want to know if there's a safe way to raise it and how it's effecting me?

I don't have a lot of muscle on me, I'm currently trying to drop weight.
(Please mention this in your comment>)I have soft arms with little muscle. The last girl I was with told me my arms are soft and mushy and not like all the other guys she's been with. That stuck in my head and affected me - is that partially do to low testosterone levels? I also don't see a tremendance difference is the gym. Feel free to answer hellhound.

Estrogen is stored in fat. IF you have more fat, then you have more estrogen and therefore more feminine. Start doing squats for 8 reps, 3 or 4 sets. If you have a basic level of fitness, (many will disagree) the best thing in the world is doing squats every day. Especially front squats. All your muscles will grow from it, and hitting your biggest muscles (legs) will release the most testosterone. Also supplement with ZMA before bed.

Many ways to pump it up naturally. You know that your testosterone is high enough when you kiss a girl for 2 minutes or so and she starts grabbing your cock. You'll know it's low when she LJBFs you after the makeout.

Aside from HIIT on strength and cardio (squats are great), here are some natural ways:

1. Interact with the sexiest and most beautiful girls you see everyday.
2. Listen to heavy metal music at least 30 minutes each day. Stay away from love songs whenever you can.
3. Watch some Kyokushin, Russian Kudo or Buakaw fights and after watching, hit a heavy bag as fast and as hard as you can for 3 minutes and then rest 1 minute. When you're starting, 3 rounds is good. Eventually, you'll need to up the ante to 10 to 15 rounds. Do this before you hangout with girls. You'll notice the very big difference.

Hiphop or rap is also good as long as the beats are heart thumping.

hit big muscle groups at the gym, legs, back, chest. Go Heavy for few reps. RED MEAT. Try to pick a fight (try not to lose and teeth). All these things will tell your body to start ramping up the testosterone levels.
