I often experience that girls stare or glances at me, in the streets, in classrooms or at school or in the gym. Many of these girls are hot, HB8-HB10. What should i do in these situations?

When they stare I look at them and have a little smile, often they look away, but a few second later the look at me again, what does this mean?

Is it wierd for a 17 (soon 18) year old boy to approach girls?

I want to approach them, but i do not know how to do it without it getting awkward or a failiure. I want to be able to approach and attract the girls i want and in the end get a HOT girlfriend!

Do some serious reading and practice. Gunwitch method is one place to start. Record your voice and play it back to make sure you sound the way you want to sound. After 200 girls you'll be on autopilot and there's nothing they can say that you haven't heard before.
