Recently I was diagnosed with epilepsy (im 24) this happened 2 weeks after I started seeing this girl. I've been on the medication ever since I went to the doctors which was about 2 weeks ago. The first week was ok, I saw her but we didn't sleep together as she was on.
It's now the second week, she's gone home this week for some time with the parents but the medication has been hitting me hard this week and I've got 5 and half more months of this. I get mood swings, random depression, slight suicidal thoughts, I get irritated and frustrated by EVERYTHING. At my work I have to restrain myself from yelling at the person causing me irritation.
I can also not think of anything interesting to talk about. She's text me since she's been home and most of my replies have just been "yeah im cool, I'll cya when you get back" or some shit like that.
The problem is when she returns and wants to meet up (im horny as fuck so I want to) how am I going to not act how the medication makes me act. She's told me what attracts her to me is my chilled out attitude and such. Which is exactly what I am like NOT on this stuff.
Note: I've slept with this girl a fair few times now.

If you're in a committed relationship with her, you shouldn't have any problem having sex with her. If you're not in a committed relationship, I'd spend a lot more time trying to meet new women. The more time you spend doing that, the better chance you'll have of hooking up, regardless of your mood swings.
