Ok, so i'm very new to the game and so far i find it very exciting and fun. I'm also new to the forum. I'm very rusty on material and horrible with oppeners. Actually oppeners and aproaches are my main problem. If anyone has any suggestions, please help. I was recently at a local venue and held a few decent conversations with girls, but i was introduced to all of them by a friend, i have never gone up to a random girl that i did not know and tried to talk to her. :/ There is a cute girl i see at my school's computer lab almost every day but i have no idea how to aproach her. Please help.

You're going to have to wait a bit before trying anything on the girl you like. Start off by reading a few books- The Rules of the Game, by Neil Strauss is a good start.

Start meeting new people. Everyone. Not just girls, but everyone you run into, talk to them. Look at your behavior and way of dressing, and try to start looking like the person you want to be. Other than that, there's a gold mine of information on this forum, so read read read!

Honestly dude you really don't need to read books to learn this stuff. Pick-up should be something that you integrate into yourself in order to make it natural. However, you should start talking to random people, male or female. Just ask people for opinions on random topics; stay away from politics or religion obviously because those are very personal topics. Girls in particular love giving their opinions. They love to talk. If you don't want to ask about opinions, be generic say hows it going. Do anything to break the ice.
