So.. My best friend sometimes works in a pub and yesterday, there was a 18.th birthday party of my female friend (lots of girls). You know there was alot of people and I really enjoy serving them so I can talk with everyone in the pub. I really like gaming girls that come to bar and ask for something, but I can not take it as far as i would like.. let me explain: Sometimes I am lucky and I make a girl work with me for a while or I let her clean the glasses so we can talk, I can also make her laugh and talk with confidence but mostly I somehow screw up.. she leaves and thats it.. game is over.. Can you guys recommend me some good routine or just teach me something about this

I am focused on natural game and no fan of routines, but maybe I can contribute with something anyway. It seems as if you are unable to keep the girls interest and attention for a longer period of time, is that right? I suppose there are more than one thing that makes it difficult in your situation, that no routine in the world can help you with... Either the girl has to leave for some reason (that has nothing to do with you), or you need to concentrate on your work, and cannot give the girl as much attention as you want or need. If the problem is that you are not interesting enough to keep her around, you need to work on your conversational skills.

If you have read The Art of Seduction, you know that one "rule" is that you cannot seduce anyone who is working. I assume the opposite is true too. You simply don't have enough time, and cannot pay as much attention as is required. But there is one kind of game that works under such short time frames too, and that is daygame. In daygame, you need to be very direct, since you are "wasting" a strangers time otherwise. I believe the solution to your problem is to be very direct too.
